Parental controls/restricting contact management for child
My child is able to add contacts to their phone even though I have restricted managing contacts in parental controls. I do not want her to be able to add contacts to her phone unless approved by me. Additionally, when I view this feature in parental controls on my phone, it appears that she has 17 contacts. However, on her phone, she has 66 contacts. When I review the two contact lists, they are completely different. It’s as though she is using a different account to store her contacts in. But I have disallowed changes to “Accounts”, and she appears to be using her Apple ID that I set up for her to manage her phone. So I am at a complete loss as to how she has been able to bypass this restriction.
I also have this restriction set up for my son, and it works as it should. The only difference between my son’s phone and my daughters, is the cell carrier. My son and I are on the Verizon network, and my daughter is on AT&T. Is that the problem?? Please help!!
