Periodic logging out of programmes mac mini Monterey

Hi folks,

My question is basic: Is this normal and if not, how worried should I be and how do I fix.

My problem: I log into my mac mini m1 daily and deal with my work and leisure like most of us.

However, every couple of days, I will try sending an email or try visiting my social media, only to find I'm not logged in.

Every time it happens, I've been innocently working away, unaware that it has happened. I may have been using these services only minutes before.

An important point is that it happens to everything at the same time.

There seems to be no reason I can find.

Earlier today, I had to log into my Outlook mail account, Pinterest, Facebook, Amazon.

If it's an OS thing, could anyone provide a link giving upgrade advice, like DO / DON'T / MAKE SURE / ETC!
