Unknown files in macOS 11.7.10 Big Sur

I found on my Mac many unknown files 2 and 3 years old at /System/Volumes/Data/

Could anyone advise whether to delete them?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.7

Those are macOS system files for M-series Macs.
