how can I recognize an employee that went above and beyond? I do have his name

The last Customer Service representative from Apple that I spoke with with literally above and beyond more than any other agent I’ve ever spoken with, and I would like to give recognition to him

There is no longer an electronic way to comment on experiences with sales, service, or support, positive or negative.


If the employee helped you in an Apple retail store, start with that store's manager. If this was online or phone support, send a letter to Apple HQ. Letters usually become a permanent part of an employee's permanent file, and can be helpful to the person at annual personnel review time.
