Annoying warning sound after remark about iCloud Drive

A friend of mine has a Windows 11 computer. Recently, he received a warning that he should change the location of iCloud Drive to C otherwise his photos would be removed after 30 days. I checked location and turned out it was on D partition not on C partition. I tried to change location to C:\ but not worked. Now he receives an annoying warning sound every few seconds which makes him crazy. Should we remove iCloud Drive totally and reinstall?

Any suggestions how to solve this?
