Ugreen USB-C to RJ45 (AX88179) Adapter Not Working After macOS 15.4 Update

Hello everyone,

I recently updated my MacBook M1 Pro to macOS 15.4 (24E248), and since then, my Ugreen USB-C to RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (AX88179 chipset) has not been working properly.

Downloaded and installed the latest ASIX driver from https://www.asix.com.tw/en/product/USBEthernet/Super-Speed_USB_Ethernet/AX88179

Checked System Settings > Network – The adapter is detected but doesn’t connect

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.4
