How do I resolve issues with Screen Time settings?

The Screen Time Controls on iOS are not currently working for my child. Two issues;

When I select only Allowed Websites, this does not work and all websites can be accessed.
When I select that only certain apps can be accessed? There are ones such as Mail that can still be accessed although I am selected as not to be approved.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues, and if you did how did you resolve this?

Child’s iPad Screen Time Resets I control my children’s time on their iPads with the Screen Time app, limiting their usage and setting restrictions. Recently the screen time settings have been resetting every day. Sometimes, they switch back right before my eyes as I am setting them. I have the most updated iPadOS installed on the iPads 15.7 I have iOS16.0.2 installed on my phone. This issue only started happening when I updated to iOS16. My child has Screen Time limits but they are not working for websites I have checked all Screen Time settings, including ‘Block at End of Limit’ being in - I have turned them off & back on again. I have updated to the latest version of iOS, but the screen time limit for websites is not working. Works for apps, but not websites. Any suggestions? ETA: Safari is the only web browser on the phone.

App Store not downloading new apps when screen time on Hello, Ever since iOS 16.4 update, the App Store is not downloading new apps when screen time is on. I tried the following: sign out of App Store, sign back in turn off screen time, turn back on Reset all settings restore iPad via Mac desktop, it works after restore but stops working as soon as screen time is enabled Screen time settings allow App Store and install apps I have same setup and screen time settings on iPad mini 6 and works fine. iPad mini 5 iOS 16.4 Any ideas how to resolve? Thank you.
