Perhaps you may be able to access all Apple iCloud items
from the login page via a browser. From there you should
be able to see any items, and hopefully log out from those
you may see are outdated, damaged, or missing.
These may also allow access via your Mac, too. Both open
pathway into access things seen by your Apple Account.
(I may have more than two; but to test these, I'd need to
log back in here and be offline, for maybe over an hour!

Just in case all these are now set up to expect 2FA.]
One/both login of pages I have link, usually affects my Mac
before I'm done; but yours may be OK, since you will need
to interact with that account & look through it, logged-in.
As you helped set up the Family aspects of other dependent
accounts, (& Find My access) may be facilitate this matter.
