Why does my Apple Watch Ultra 2 show a red star on the dial?
My Apple Watch Ultra 2 has a red star at the top of the watch face. I cannot figure out what it's for or what it means?

It's some type of icon but that is my question. What does it mean. I’ve looked over the status icons in the help section and it's not listed. I’ve searched the support and help pages with no success.

This looks like a notification from one of the complications.
I believe you are correct. I have a "Focus" on my iPhone switched on and since I have "Mirror my phone" switched on my watch, this Red Star icon is indicating that.
