Where can I find my Reading List on iPhone?

I want to save something to the “reading list” but I don’t know where it is

reading list "not available for offline reading" iOS 16.4.1 iPhone X I only try this on one device. Don't care about syncing. Only 29gb of 64 used. "not available for offline reading" when accessing reading list in airplane mode. Tried Automatically Save Offline both on and off. And what does that mean? Turned iCloud Safari off and deleted and back on. And if not wanting to access on other devices, this should not matter, right? Waited 30 seconds for saving a page didn't work. The pages are in my reading list with proper heading, and are available online, but not available offline. I've spent weeks on this and at first some pages were available and others weren't. Now, none are available. Thanks.

Reading list not available offline. Iphone X iOS 16.5.1 27GB of 64 used Often I've read that I can save my reader list to Icloud for offline viewing. Best I can tell that is impossible. Am I correct that Icloud cannot be accessed in airplane mode? So I'm wondering what I'm missing. Months of trying to save Safari tabs to the reader list results in the tab in the reader list; however, when trying to access it in airplane mode or with no internet access it says it is unavailable off line. Maybe this feature just doesn't work and nobody except me cares.

Where is reading list on iPad on 15.6.1 I'm trying to find the "reading list" on an iPad Pro with 15.6.1. Every article that I've wasted time reading on the internet shows icons and methods that don't apply to this device with this software. There is no "bookmark" icon when Safari is opened. Where is this "reading list" feature found, please? Thank you. ; P.S. Isn't it time the internet is cleared of out-of-date articles and videos?

When you are on a Safari webpage, tap the share icon (which looks like a square with an upward pointing arrow), then tap Add to Reading List. If you want to view the webpages you have added to the Reading List, in Safari tap the Show Bookmarks button (which looks like a book), then tap the Reading List button (which looks like glasses).
