How do I update my Mac mini 2023 Sonoma 14.4 to download Final Cut Pro?

Help, I cant download Final Cut pro on my Mini MAc 2023 Sonoma 14.4. I got an email from Apple in which they say i can update to Sonoma 14,7,5 or even Seqouia.

Bu if i go to my system, it doesn't indicates that there are updates available. How do I update my mini mac then?
