Apple Music on Mac not showing my subscription

As you can see in the screenshot below, the Apple Music app on my MacBook (Sequoia 15.4) is not showing the actual Apple Music options. Music I add to my library through the web player does show up and plays, my favorites update, etc. But I'm unable to search for anything new in the app, nor can I browse sections or use the Radio functionality.

What's going on here? I'd rather use the actual system app instead of the web player.

Apple Music I'm subscribed to Apple Music but cannot download or stream music on my MacBook Air. In the music app when I try to click on listen now it defaults to my library. Whenever I try a song it will not let me download...only if I pay for it.
