I have MacBook Air M4 and Mac mini M4 as well, I’m using both on the same Apple ID user.
My question is should I buy two Final Cut Pro license or only one is enough for both devices?
If yes, how many device is the maximum for the same license?
You can use Final Cut Pro on as many computers as you own and control. I have four computers with various versions of FCP on all of them.

Sign in to your Apple User ID on the mini.
Use the App Store app.
Select you user name and you should see a window with all your purchases.
