Why is my parental controls app freezing after iPhone updates?

On my iPhone ever since my last 2 updates my parental controls app keeps freezing. I’m not able to make changes to screen time or any other functions.

Settings freeze when accessing Screen Time When accessing the family settings to change screen time the settings just freeze. Does it on my iPhone 14 and my partners iPhone 13.
