i can not reverse the timecode in final cut.
how? and is this just my own version of my mac pro (Kinda old)?
When i say "Timecode", i mean this:
Mac Pro
Select the Timecode generator and press Option-G to make a compound clip.
Reverse the compound clip. Does that do what you intended?

Not clear what you want to do. Do you want to run the clip in reverse? Or do you want to modify the timecode associated with that clip?
