Enter the passcode incorrectly too many times, and you'd likely be locked out for good. So, hold it right there, and refer to this link: If you Forgot the Passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is Disabled - Apple Support. It would be the one you've always entered. If you do not know it, then look for it in a location you may have stored it in.

Are you saying your iPhone won’t unlock with your passcode or it won’t allow passcode inputs?

If it won’t unlock with your passcode, you will want to reset your iPhone and set a new passcode.

If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

If it won’t allow passcode inputs, then the screen digitizer has most likely failed. In that case, you need to have your iPhone checked out and serviced at an Apple Store Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
