Apple One (Family Plan)

If you already have an Apple One family plan and choose to unsubscribe from a particular service like the Apple Arcade but keep the other services, does this cancel the family plan? I’m the organizer and we do not need a service so I wanted to know if family sharing would be cancelled do to this.
