Is it possible to share my apple tv "subscription" from my student apple music subscription with my family (apple family)? I've been searching and I haven't found any results about this so Im assuming no but just wondering.

Not with the attached Apple Music subscription:
Your Apple TV+ access is attached to your Apple Music student subscription, so you won't see a separate subscription. You can't share this Apple TV+ access with Family Sharing.
