Request for Data Transfer from Old Apple ID to New Apple ID

Subject: Complaint – Data Transfer from Old Apple ID to New Apple ID

Dear Apple Support Team,

I am reaching out with a complaint regarding an issue with Screen Time that has caused me to lose access to my old Apple ID.

About five years ago, my mother set up a Screen Time lock on my account. Unfortunately, neither she nor I remember the passcode. Recently, I accidentally activated the Screen Time lock again, which has completely locked me out of my old Apple ID.

Since we couldn't find a way to bypass this lock, we were forced to create a new Apple ID. However, important data such as photos, contacts, passkeys, and other personal information are still stored in my old account.

I am urgently requesting a solution that allows me to transfer my data from my old Apple ID to my new one. Such a feature should be available for users who face similar issues.
