Can my 2016 MacBook Pro run MontereyOS 13?

I purchased the Turbotax Download for 2024, and discovered that it won't run on Monterey OS less than v13.

My MacBook Pro 13" is 2016, and was auto updated to MontereyOS 12.7.6 today. Is there any way for me to get up to v13 or switch to a different OS without buying a new machine?

Monterey is 12.

Ventura is 13.

Your computer isn't capable of Ventura or above. Try using the online version of TurboTax in your web browser.
