How to stop persistent iOS update notifications on iPhone 14?

Apple is getting really annoying. It wants me to update my phone so bad. Literally every 5 minutes or every time I look at my lock screen it gives me a notification that says “A new iOS update is now available. Please update from the iOS 18 beta.” I wish they’d leave me alone or send me an ipad with a pen. And this has never happened to me. On my iphone 11 it’s at the earliest ios18 versions and i’m not getting no notification about the update but on my iphone 14 its literally begging me to update.
