How do I disable autoscrolling in GarageBand for iPhone?

GarageBand for iPhone has some new update where now you can’t scroll with accuracy and precision. When you try to place the marker in a specific spot the entire screen starts scrolling around and it’s impossible to do precise splitting and track placement etc.

How do I turn this off?! It’s absolutely horrible.

CarPlay Vehicle Controls - Next Song Hey There, Just wondering how to use my vehicle controls to switch tracks in CarPlay. I used to be able to use the next track toggle in the wheel, but now it just skips 15 seconds. This is happening in both my Hyundai and Mazda, and my wife’s phone as well.
