MacBook Pro not recognizing password or Touch ID after forced restart

The mac was working fine yesterday, when it locked after some time of inactivity I tried to login with touch id it never worked, wrote password never worked. I did forced restart using power button and after restart Im getting an unknown window which I have never seen before asking for username and password. I put username and password but it is not accepting any. I did reinstalled the OS, did disk repair but still same issue.


from recovery terminal, I run command resetpassword, it the says “there are no users on this volume to recover “
