I have been trying for months to update the info on Apple Business Connect for my business profile on Apple Maps. It tells me they received updates and that it should take up to 5 days to update, but the update never comes.
Hi, I had the same issue with my business being stuck in “In Review” for weeks.
What worked for me was emailing bc-location-support@apple.com and attaching the official IRS document with my EIN (Employer Identification Number). After that, they approved my profile quickly.
In your email, include:
Your business name
The Apple ID you used to register
Your Company ID (if you have it)
And attach the IRS EIN document
