Safar 18.3 Crashes unexpectedly and other weird behavior

I'm on an Apple M2 Pro and updated to the latest Sequoya.

For a few months now I've been experiencing strange behavior with Safari.

1. Sometimes when I have multiple windows open. Closing ONE of them will cause Safari to immediately quit.
2. At other times I attempt to close a window and it refuses to close. I'm forced to quit safair and restart to get rid of it. Or - sometimes I can click on another link with that window active and once it loads a new site, I can then close it.
3. The biggest issue is that it sometimes simply crashes for no reason and it seems to happen randomly.

As far as extensions I only have Grammarly, AdGuard, Dashlane and Dynamo enabled.
