Why can't I access Family Sharing Apple Music subscription?

My cousin bought the Apple Music subscription in India and we are in family sharing but when I tried to open Apple Music application, it’s not showing. I have tried signing out and sign in again, restarting etc.

Wife bought Apple Music family plan but I cannot access Apple Music. It keeps wanting me to subscribe or try. It says I have no available subscriptions while my wife has access to all music.
