Image Capture preview is correct, but scan result is cropped

I am trying to scan documents using Image Capture, and the preview is showing the full document, but then when I scan, the border is cut off a bit all around. For example, here is what preview shows:

But after scanning, I see this:

Any thoughts?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.4
