Mac Mini using 2 monitors

Hi,

Ive just hooked up 2 monitors to my mac mini. Im using a 40" Smart TV as my main screen and a philips 32" monitor as my 2nd screen. for some reason the smart tvs responce is slugish but the Philips monitor is great.

When I use the smart TV on its own its great. Also the mac dosent remember the 2 screen setup after a restart.

Samsung M5 Smart Monitor 32" I purchased a Samsung M5 Smart Monitor 32" as an second display for my Macbook Pro 2018 - 4 thunderbolt ports. If I choose to connect via airplay the resolution is nice and fills the screen, but the cursor lags. If I connect the monitor via HDMI cable then I cannot get the resolution set to fill the entire monitor. I have tried both extended and mirroring. Any help?

How get three monitors work? I know I'm a dinosaur, but bear with me. Previous computer, Mac Pro (not Macbook Pro) 5.1. Two monitors plus TV via HDMI hooked up. No probs. System preferences/Displays got them, all three, and I could e.g. mirror one of the monitors to the HDMI-attached TV. "New" computer, Mac Mini https://everymac.com/systems/apple/mac_mini/specs/mac-mini-core-i7-3.0-late-2014-specs.html no way achieving the same. Two monitors via mini-display works fine. But when pluggin in HDMI to the TV, one of the monitors goes black. Why? I'm an old fart. Started working with Apple/Mac 1992. Well aware how Apple has gone from "free spirit" to "lock our users down" the past decade, I'm still baffled that a pretty basic, simple feature was OK 2010 but deemed "superfluous" 2014. Sorry for rant. But how can I make three monitors work? Two through mini-display output, one through HDMI?

The smart TV is conneted by USB C and the philips monitor is connected by HDMI cable

To fix that you need to enable "Game" mode in your smart TV.

For other things I don't know what is a question?
