Why is the peacock logo showing on my safari tabs next to google icon?

Icons replaced with blank square outlines Has anyone seen this? While using Safari, where there should be indicative icons, there are frequently square box outlines (like a checkbox in a Pages document). Notice the bottom row of the first attached pic. There's no way of knowing what will happen when you click on any of those squares. It should look like the second picture (from Firefox browser). Notice the editing tools icons. Can anyone help?

Safari Icon change i'm on ventura 13.2, tried to change the icon of Safari browswer. Not successful. Looking for a sloution to this. Thanks

Wrong icon for websites When opening google slides and google docs on Safari (Mac OS Ventura). The google docs icon and the google slides icon are the same (both shows the google docs icon). This only happens sometimes and I have this problem for a few month after updating to Mac OS Ventura.
