Cellular network issues on iPhone after iOS 18.3.2 update

I am experiencing issues with my cellular network after the ios 18.3.2 update.

I am working overseas and i am using 2 carriers which 1 is provided by the company (physical sim card) I'm working with overseas and the other (esim, roaming when abroad) is from the country I am from. I've set my company provided carrier as primary. The problem is when I on both carriers at the same time, both became unstable and frequently drop to zero. I could only use 1 carrier at a time. I dont have this issue before update. I've tried full network reset as well as full restore on my phone but nothing helps. Anybody faced the same issue?

Here are some steps you can try to address this problem:

1. Update Carrier Settings: Go to Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About. If there's an update available for your carrier settings, you'll see a prompt to install it.

2. Disable Cellular Data Switching: Navigate to Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ Cellular Data Options and Set Allow Cellular Data Switching. to OFF This might help stabilize the connection by preventing the phone from constantly switching between carriers.

3. Contact Apple Support: Since you've already tried a full network reset and restore, it might be worth reaching out to  👉 Official Apple Support. They can run diagnostics and determine if this is a software-related issue or if it requires further action.
