Unable to open Screen Time under 'Family' in settings on iPhone

I can’t even open screentime under ‘Family’. The ‘Settings’ app just hangs every time.

I’ve tried going to screentime directly from my child’s device and exactly the same problem.

Phone re-start etc doesn’t fix it either.

Apple, this is a safety issue. Please urgently respond.

Why is my daughter's Screen Time not updating? I have 3 family members in the family annd my daughter screen time is set but for the past week, I cannot see any Update. When I go to Family, under her name, there is a red (!) next to her name. When I click, it says “Screen time for … has not been available for 7 days. Screentime loses all the settings constantly When ever I set up screen time for my three kids phones all settings are lost randomly from their phones. It happens sometimes during the day. I have been reading threads from here and tried all the possible fixes given. No help. What can I do?

Screen time not working For a little while now screen time has been very temperamental with my children’s devices where I think there restrictions are set like they always have been to then find they’re able to use their devices past bedtime, check the family settings on my phone to find that none of the restrictions are set. I reset them and it does it again the following night. What is happening? Any advice?
