Help Hear speaker on iPhone 12 pro

I just recently update on iOS 18.3.2 .

I am face a issue regarding after update.

The voice are not coming whenever I am call someone.

Only voice comes whenever I turned on speaker otherwise the voice should not come.

Hopefully understand that what should I say now Please solve this issue as soon as possible
