How do I AirDrop / transfer my photos from one iPhone to an another iPhone whilst maintaining the chronological order of the date each photo was taken ?
I have 8,000 photos to copy to my 2nd iPhone and want to ensure they are integrated in date order!
Each iphone has its own iCloud account (linked to separate email addresses).
If I change the iCloud account on the 1st iphone (from where I want to move the photos away from), would there be any impact to that data?
if I do manage to sync the iPhone library, am I able to log back into the original iCloud account to have the same iPhone as before?

Basically you sign into the iCloud Library from both devices using the same account.
Using Airdrop you can't guarantee such a thing. You can by syncing the two devices via the iCloud Photo Library.
