Any issues with the latest iOS 18.3.2 software?
How’s the latest iOS 18.3.2 update? Did anyone face issues with it?
Just wanted to know before I update my iPhone 13 Pro Max.
iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 18

The camera on my iPhone 15 just shows a black screen since updating to iOS 18.3.2.
Have try all the resets suggested without success. Going to Apple Store (which is 50 miles away!) this weekend to see if they can help.
Multiple apps keep crashing. Phone freezes numerous times a day. This is actually impeding my ability to do my job! So frustrating!!!!!

Last time I checked no one has ever died from skipping an update. Until they fix the issue, I don’t see the harm in waiting for the next one.
No issues As of now ,but aware few users have posted they got yellow/white death screen after updating.
doesn't know is it true or not ?
But keeping the device to latest update is best as it removes all the bugs in previous OS
Every update will have issues for some users. There’s a multitude of reasons, but many are the result of third party apps not being updated by their developers or optimized for the latest iOS versions. This is out of Apple’s control. It’s just a fact of ever changing technology. Expecting perfection is not a realistic expectation. Instead, determine the few apps and services that are mission critical and confirm with users that they are optional and you can carry out your mission critical daily tasks.

I believe it is very much Apple’s issue. It is related to their messaging App. It has nothing to do with perfection. It has to do with them recognizing the update has flaws and they need to be fixed. We, as users expect our services to be provided without interruption when we did nothing to change those services.
You're making a claim there is an issue with the Messages App? I'm on iOS 18.3.2 on multiple iPhones and iPadOS 18.3.2 on multiple iPads and yet I have experienced absolutely no issues with messages. No one I know who is on iOS 18.3.2 is having any issues with Messages. To assume everyone who is using iOS 18.3.2 is having the same issue as you is like visiting a hospital, filled with sick people and coming to the conclusion everyone is sick.
Instead, why not tell us what issues you may be having and we may be able to help you.
Yes, there is a problem with 18.3.2. I can receive group texts but I cannot send in that group. I can send to individuals separately but not in the group. It did not show up as an issue until the 18.3.2 update.
I am having this problem (initiating a group text), also. I go to Messages, then "Lists" (groups of contacts) and choose the list, but then there's a dead end and you just have to Cancel. I can still manually send group texts, but can't use the "Lists" feature to auto-populate the recipients line.
Other than this, no issues with iOS 18.3.2, so far.
I'm using a Pro Max 16, but I don't use a lot of apps on it. Mostly the basics.

Is there something wrong here? 😊
Yes, I have a iPhone 15 pro max, and now no microphone settings or Siri doesn't work, no voice memos, recording doesnt work either, no speak to text, and when placing a call thus far, when I call I have to put them on speaker or all you hear is loud static... I have tried everything, ever with apple support online! Thus far except next step is factory resetting the phone. Which is going to suck!! I had no issues with my phone until I did this update!!!
It certainly could be an Apple issue. Apple produces millions of iPhones every year and has billions (yes, billions) of iPhones currently supported worldwide. I see relatively little evidence for your supposition that Apple Messages (iMessages) has pervasive issues affecting substantial numbers of Apple users.
Do you have any symptoms or experiences you would care to share so we can try to assist?
Did an Android user start the group chat? There are known issues when mixed groups of Google Android users and Apple Messages users mix. These issues are not easily resolved because of the required cooperation between large multinational corporations. For all we know Apple may (or may not) have resolved the interoperability issues that are on their end.
Are you near an Apple Retail Store that it might be convenient to make an appointment and share your experiences with an Apple Store Genius? A lot of times when a technician can actually see the issue it might easily be resolved.
The groups were already established before this latest update occurred. I had the Apple tech on screen sharing so they could see my devices. I really don’t have hours and hours to do troubleshooting. I can work around the issue but it is extremely frustrating when I did nothing to change my devices. I just want the problem fixed.
i will go out and see if the Android users are having issues also. At this point, it seems to be only us Apple users.
There are Android users on this thread. The group has been in existence since 2023. There were no issues until this IOS update. Apple needs to step up and correct the problem!
i talked with my carrier and they thought I had 3 heads!

That's what carriers do even when they are the reason you may be having an issue. They'll do anything they can to get you off the phone and the person you spoke with may have been a shoe salesperson, a week before you spoke with them.
This will be my last comment to you, even if you comment back. Waiting for Apple to fix a texting issue when none of the messages are flowing through iMessage is not the way to fix this. Apple is NOT a carrier and yet the messages your group is sending come through your carrier, NOT Apple.
If you don't want to push this higher with your carrier and you prefer instead to believe wrongly that Apple can fix anything with carrier supported messaging will get you nowhere.
Again, I won't comment back, so you take care.

I really don’t care what you think. I am not getting the service I pay for with Apple! They caused the issue with the update. Everything worked fine before that!
I guess we're even as I'm not bothered at all what you think either. But you're comment that you're not getting the service you pay for from Apple doesn't make sense. When it comes to SMS messages, which is exactly what you're dealing with, you are NOT paying Apple for service. You are paying your carrier.
And yes, I said I wouldn't comment back, but you just don't get or understand the difference, which is a shame.
I just spent 2 hours with my phone carrier trying to resolve the issue of not being able to reply in group texts. This issue came up after the iOS update on March 11. We went through all kinds of steps to try to resolve the issue. The end result given to me by them is to go back to Apple Support. So, I will get with Apple Support and hopefully get this issue resolved. Very, very frustrated!
