Unlocking Ipod 4th Generation - cant remember passcode and cant get ITUNES

I cant remember code for my ipod and its now disabled. To reset it , need ITUNES but can no longer get the ITUNES APP P lease help!

On a newer Mac, you use Finder instead of iTunes.

On a PC, you can download iTunes from the Microsoft Store.
