An iPhone user with iOS 18.3. For 2 weeks, it was discovered that the focus on the camera was not working. When shooting up close, everything blurs (10 cm from the camera). We rebooted the phone, the camera is clean. The yellow square appears, but there is still no focus. Users of 13,15,11,10 models do not have this problem.

Thank you for sharing your images. This may take me a day or so, but my son uses a 14 (not a pro or plus) and I’ll need to borrow his iPhone and take a few shots and see what I can produce for comparison. Post a few photos of your results, please. Exactly which lens were you using 10 cm (4 inches) from the subject? Is it the iPhone 14, 14 Pro or what model specifically? Do you have the camera in a case or have protective covers over the lens? What app are your using, native Apple Camera app or a third party app?
