Safari Version 18.3.1 does not work on MacOS Ventura 13.7.4

Since updating Safari to 18.3.1 it will not work on my iMac (2017). I'm running Ventura 13.7.4. Safari opens but pages will not load. I've had to go back to Firefox to get anything done. I've reloaded MacOS but that only reloaded Safari 18.3.1 so it didn't help.

Safari won't load on my iMac post macOS Ventura update immediately after software update ventura 13.6.5 safari will not load webpages and displays 'this webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred' which keeps scrolling. Other browsers work ok and cannot find anything else causing the problem. Have restarted in safe mode and still problem exists. Is this the end of safari on my mac? [Re-Titled By Moderator]
