My “Do Not Disturb” will not turn off on my IPhone 14Pro - I have turned my Focus off but this feature will not turn off so of course I have missed my calls all day - I have never had this happen before - turned my phone off and back on - still there - I have never used this feature before before!!!

Hello!

Go to your Control Center by swiping down in the top right corner. Then long hold on an empty area, until you see the icons become “editable”. Then tap on “Add a control” at the bottom of the page. Lastly, tap search at the top of the resulting pop up, type “Focus”, then tap on the Focus widget or whatever it’s called to add it to your Control Center.

Have a great day!

For some reason it is not in my Control Centre!! There is no Focus in my Control Centre! I have to go through settlings in Focus-which said it was on but would not shut off - woke up this morning and it is now off so you would think there was a schedule - but no schedule has been set - this is all very frustrating because I did not receive any calls yesterday

Troubleshooting Do not Disturb:

A. Doublecheck your settings: Use Notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

B. Check what is Allowed: NotificationsUse Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

C. Update your iPhone:

When's the last time your updated your iPhone? iOS 18.3.2 is the latest available update. So, try updating to it. If you cannot not do so on the iPhone itself, then try using a computer. Go here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. If any updates are available, they will install, sure enough.

IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update.

Phone is always up to date - the only way I could get rid of it was to set a time for it to be in the “do not disturb” so I made it for 2:30am until 3:00am then it turned off - so you would think there was another time set but there was nothing by set - I have never used this feature before so I am not sure what was going on with it!! Thanks for all the help though!!
