Why does Safari not have my correct location

-It always shows the same wrong location when searching for places to eat for example

-All my other apps show my correct location

-I have reset all my location settings

-I have deleted my Safari search history

-All other devices on the same wifi network show the correct Safari location

-I have made sure that my location is allowed to websites when I use Safari

-I restarted my iPhone as well

-My iPhone has received the most recent update
