Unknown code on the Safari Home Page on iPhone 13

Close Mail and Safari:

Looking on the top-right corner of your screenshot (below the time) it reads “<Mail”. So, close Safari, and then close Main. Then open Safari again. To close it: Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen and then swipe up when you see Safari. and then do the same for Mail.
