Converting Music from Windows to Mac Sequoia

Google search says to go to Menu Bar in Music App but I see no menu bar, neither at the bottom nor at the top. Settings is supposed to be available in the menu bar.

How do I transfer Apple Music playlists from my iMac to a USB Drive while maintaining AAC Format? My new car will only play songs downloaded from Apple Music (AAC format), to a USB drive if they are still in AAC format. In my previous car I could just drag and drop songs (and playlists) from the Apple Music app to the USB drive. Doing it that way changed the files to "Apple MPEG-4 audio." My previous car would accept and play those files. My new car requires AAC format for songs on the USB drive. I can't figure out how to make that transfer from AAC files in Apple Music to the USB drive while maintaining AAC format. How do I do it?

As far as I am aware there is no direct way to convert the an Apple Music for Windows library to Apple Music for Mac. It may be possible to convert some iTunes for Windows libraries to Music for Mac, but it will depend on the exact builds involved. An older version of iTunes and newer version of Music is more likely to be successful. Alternatively an XML library exported from iTunes can be modified to reflect new locations on a Mac. A temporary subscription to the Apple Music service may be the easiest approach to copy over all of the music (or at least matched/uploaded copies) and playlists.
