What does not found ApplicationSupportAdobe message mean?

I am using an iMax 10.16.7 Catalina.

I have created a docx in Word 16.66.1.

When I access the document I get this Adobe message popping up 3 times

I do have Acrobat Reader Version 2224.004.20272.

What does the message mean and do I need to install Application Support/Adobe/.........?

That is most definitely a question for either Microsoft, or Adobe, or both, and this isn't the best site to find support for such non-Apple products.

Evidently there is some VBA code causing it. It seems there is some Adobe add-on named "MACPDFM" that is not present, and it's anyone's guess what that may be.

We don't normally install anything in the Application Support folder. That location is the normal repository for files required by various applications.

In the absence of other replies I managed to find this answer from the Microsoft Community:

run-time error 53: Library/Application Support/Adobe/MACPDFM/Mac PDFM.framework/Versions/A/MacPDFM

The reply marked "Answer" identified the problematic files that needed to be deleted or moved. That's as far as I can go since I don't use MSFT products.

One of the replies also suggested posting your question in the Acrobat Community forum.
