Why doesn't the standard iPhone 15 have Apple Intelligence like the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max?

Because it lacks the necessary hardware (RAM) to run Apple Intelligence.

There are several factors that make Apple Intelligence possible:

• Processor speed.
