Screen Time Request Not Coming To iPhone, but Goes to Other Devices

My daughter recently got an iPhone 16 Plus and I set up Family Sharing to manage screen time and requests, etc. When she sends this request it goes to my Macbook Air, an iPad that was "hers" but not set up for sharing, and nothing that I actually keep on me - iPhone 14 Pro, Apple Watch 8, or my iPad (can't remember the version that one is, but it's around 10). I updated my phone, but it's not made a difference....

Anyone have a solution that has worked?
