How do I enable Apple Intelligence on a Mac mini purchased from China?

So, the hardware is obviously the same, but the serial number won’t let me get the “AI” on. Should I wait for it to be officially released in China ? Will I have some weird Chinese extra so instead of gpt that was advertised? It’s so confusing 🫤
