How to prevent charges for iMessage and FaceTime?
Every time when I update the software, I got charged certain amount for imessage and FaceTime. How can I prevent this?

That generally means your phone carrier dosn't support imessage and facetime therefore you're charge for activation. You'll need to work it out with them or choose a different phone carrier. Not an Apple or iphone issue.
