How do I disable Apple Intelligence on my devices?

Three updates in the past few weeks on my iPhone and Mac. Each time I’ve had to go back into settings to change the Apple Intelligence permissions.

I dont want AI on my devices.

As a writer, I have to sign contracts that say I have not used Ai. Furthermore, I am unwilling to have my content scraped to train their AI.

i do not want Apple Intelligence! How many ways have I got to let Apple know this before they stop trying to foist it on me?
