iCloud CP on Win11 Pro PC multiple issues
Hello,
I am on a Win11 Pro desktop PC and I am having multiple issues with the iCloud Control Panel (CP) The biggest issue is that it hangs on "Signing In" and never signs in. This is on a brand new installation that I performed with an Apple Support Senior Advisor on the phone. It initially worked to sign in but now when I launch the CP it never gets past the "Signing In" phase. I have read an older post on here that multiple people are having the same problem and they have all done the complete gamut of uninstalling, deleting directories etc..etc... and since I am on a brand new installation that was done with a Senior Apple Advisor on the phone and having read that others have performed the steps I mentioned and it didn't solve the issue I am not going to spin my wheels on doing that.
I also have had repeated problems with getting an error message that it could not create the photos directory and after the new installation it obliterated what was a functioning sync between my Microsoft Outlook Calendar and my iPhone 13 Pro Max and my iPad Pro. I now no longer have the iCloud calendar available to me in my MS Outlook after that new installation.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this or if Apple will be issuing an update to the CP to fix this issue?
