Recents in Pages not updating

iPad OS 18.03.1

Ever since this update my ‘recents’ in Pages does not update. It stopped doing so about five days ago and each time I now close and save a document I have to go searching for it again, even minutes later.

Any advice please?

how to clear recents on setting after update 18.3 In settings when you go into any settings button it now shows up when you press on the search under recents but how do you remove those recents

Pages app crashing upon opening after update to IOS 18.2.1 using an iPad Pro 11 inch, second generation. Pages will open to the splash screen, but the app crashes immediately upon selection of any options or opening a previous document. Restarting does not solve the problem. In addition, when checking for new IOS updates, there returns a message that an error has occurred and that it can not check for a new update at this time.
