Can I use a midi controller to scroll down Notepad in Logic during gigs?

Hi, I want to know if I can set up my midi controller to scroll down the notepad. I use notepad on Logic for lyrics during gigs.... keys and backing track come from logic, but I have to manually scroll using the track pad which is not convenient during a song. If i could use the rotary encoder from my midi controller (Arturia Keylab Essential) that would be much easier.

Hoping someone understands my explanation and has an answer.

There is a key command called “Select Next Track”. Assign that to the rotary knob or Midi Note On message and you should be good to go.

I use a streamdeck in a similar way.
